Two mandatory fees on every sale, both deducted from the Reverb Payments payout (nothing charged at listing). (1) Selling fee = 5% of the total sale amount including shipping ('inclusive of all costs except sales tax' per the Billing Policy), with a $0.50 minimum and a $500 maximum (the cap is hit at a $10,000 sale; above that the fee stays $500). (2) Payment processing fee = 3.19% of the order total + $0.49 per transaction for standard sellers, or 2.99% + $0.49 for Reverb Preferred Sellers; the base is the full order amount including shipping AND any applicable tax. Reverb advertises this as '8.19% + $0.49 Total Fees' and '91.8%' kept (the 91.8% ignores the $0.49). Optional: Reverb Bump is a seller-set percentage (0.5% to 30%) of the item's final sale price, charged only if the Bumped listing sells, deducted from product amount + shipping (tax excluded), in addition to the two fees above. Add-ons: +1% cross-border fee when buyer and seller bank accounts are in different countries; 2.5% currency conversion on payout subtotal if listing currency differs from payout currency. If fees cannot be deducted from a payout they go on the month-end statement. Payout timing: first sale, funds available 1-2 business days after delivery; subsequent sales, 1 business day after a valid tracking number shows movement; then 1-4 business days to reach the bank (help-center quick answer: 2-5 business days). Items over $2,000 USD: payout 3-6 business days after delivery. Rounding not stated.

- Billing Policy worked example: 5% selling fee on a $650 guitar. Page says: selling fee $32.50. "You sell your Gibson Les Paul for $650. The buyer pays via PayPal or Reverb Payments. You'll be charged $32.50 ($650 x 5%). Note: payment processing fees are separate and vary based on payment type and buyer location."
- Selling fee cap: a $15,000 guitar pays $500, not $750. Page says: selling fee $500.00. "The minimum fee is $0.50 and the maximum fee is $500. For example: if you sell a $15,000 guitar, instead of $750 (5%) we limit your selling fee to only $500."

- CONFLICT (non-US, informational): the help article caps table shows CAD maximum fee '$680'; the Billing Policy table shows '$675 CAD'. USD cap ($500 at $10,000) agrees on both.
- Base-of-fee nuance: selling fee base 'includes shipping' and per the Billing Policy is 'inclusive of all costs except sales tax'; payment processing fee base explicitly INCLUDES tax. So the two fees use different bases on taxed orders.
- The advertised '8.19% + $0.49' and '91.8%' figures assume standard (non-Preferred) processing; Preferred Sellers pay 2.99% + $0.49 (7.99% + $0.49 combined).
- Selling fee minimum/maximum ($0.50 / $500) apply to the selling fee only; no min/max stated for the processing fee.
- Bump percentage bounds (0.5% to 30%) come from the help article; the Billing Policy and Bump page give no bounds. Bump base excludes tax; selling fee also excludes sales tax; processing fee includes tax.
- Payout timing wording differs slightly across pages (marketing page: 'initiates your payout' at delivery/in-transit; help: 1-2 or 1 business day to 'available for deposit' then 1-4 business days to bank; quick answer '2 - 5 business days'). These are consistent ranges, not contradictions.
- 'When do I pay the fees?' section notes rules for PayPal payouts apply to orders placed on or after May 13, 2026 (fees deducted from payout).
- Payment processing fees are refunded for up to five seller-initiated fully refunded cancellations per month (Billing Policy).
- Billing Policy shows 'Updated: September 9, 2025'; help-center articles show no dates.
