StubHub seller fees

An independent calculator, not StubHub: nothing to sign in to and nothing to pay here. Enter a sale amount and read the fees.

StubHub publishes no seller fee percentage: its help center says there is no set percentage, the sell fee varies by ticket price, time to event and demand, and it is shown to you only inside the listing flow. Listing is free; buyers pay a separate service and fulfillment fee.

What StubHub publishes

Listing is free. When tickets sell, StubHub deducts a 'sell fee' from the seller's listed price; the seller's payout is 'Price per ticket' with the sell fee subtracted. StubHub publishes no fixed percentage: the sell fee 'adjusts based on ticket price, time to event, updated event information, and supply and demand' and is shown to the seller only inside the listing flow (Set Your Price page > question mark under payout) and in listing/sale details. Buyers separately pay a service fee plus a fulfillment fee at checkout (also no set percentage); StubHub shows 'all-in' prices including fees. The User Agreement defines all of these as 'Service Fees' that 'may vary depending on various factors, including event type, Ticket type, optional features selected by you (e.g., Sponsored Listings), and location' and may be offset against amounts owed to the seller. Payout: the help center says payouts 'are processed within 8 business days after the event'; the Seller Policies say sellers 'will usually be sent payments within five (5) business days (sometimes longer) following the event', or in some cases within five business days of confirmed buyer receipt. Payout methods: PayPal or bank transfer; no StubHub surcharge for PayPal. Penalties (not fees on a normal sale): if the seller drops the sale or delivers invalid tickets, StubHub charges the greater of 100% of the ticket price or its full remedy cost; failing to respond to an invalid-ticket investigation can add 20% of the original ticket cost. Rounding not stated.

No calculator is offered because the platform publishes no rate to compute from. Third-party sites quoting a percentage are quoting something the platform itself does not state.
